poor skilexa support

I am very disapointed with the poor support service for skilexa. Tickets are not replied to promptly, and it is clear that the people responding to tickets have little or no knowledge of how skilexa works. In the skilexa members area there is no link to the five video tutorials, which in any event are very limited and inadequate. I have been trying for weeks to get an answer to a simple question: how to schedule a long series of daily flash briefings in skilexa (say, over 50 consecutive days), but getting a precise clear answer is like getting blood out of a stone.
