Recurring OAuth errors for both Surveys and Deals PRO packages

I very often get the following error in both Pro versions of Social Mobi Surveys and Social Mobi Deals. 

"Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains."

It's an issue with OAuth. A screenshot is attached.

This has happened numerous times over the past several weeks on both of these products, and it happens on both main & client dashboards. 

Please advise.

Quick response was nice. A fix would be better. Both I and my clients are unable to install the apps in facebook.

Still unable to connect with FB. We're still getting the oauth errors. 

When will this be resolved?
