Reopen an existing Ticket

Hi, 


my existing ticket has been closed. 

However, I would like to access it again. 


In connection with the closure, I received a mail with the instruction to reply to it  The ticket would then be reopened. 


I sent the replay email but the ticket is still not displayed. 


What can I do to get the ticket reopened? Or does the reopening process take a long time? My replay email was sent 2 hours ago.
